The subject, knife shape and decoration are inspired by the knife of a scout from Great Patriotic War.
The endings of guard are bent in opposite sides. The central part of guard is girt with belt with a buckle in a form of a star. On a hub there are attributes which are called to glorify victory over Nazi: St. George Ribbon, red star with hammer and sickle, laurel branches, medallion from Order Red Star. The backpiece is decorated with fragments of rifles, bayonets and banners and also laurel and oak branches. On the top there is an enamel emblem of rhombic tab corresponding to an army commander. Back part is conventionalized as oval cockarde.
Knife has a simple shape of a blade and frugal decoration.
Due to dark tint of patina relief is detailed showing the beauty of different parts.
